Out of the 3 cases / back covers currently available from Case-mate for the Samsung Infuse 4G, the Barely There is the thinnest and lightest of all of them. It's also the least protective of the bunch, and is strictly for anyone who wants to put something on the phone without sacrificing the Infuse's original profile. On that note, the Barely There does not come with any screen protector but can be used comfortably with one. With other thin and light cases already on their way and already released for the Infuse phone, Case-mate's offering is good but not anything unique.
