One-man horn quartet

Bransle De La Torche by renaissance composer Michael Praetorius beeing played by one hornplayer. A Macintosh notebook and two M-Audio Nova microphones are used for this overdub multitrack recording. I included some detail footage from my instrument for not having the same boring view all the time.

Yes I do show in the video only the separate play of 4. and 2. voice, before playing it together with 1. and 3. - The whole piece has in fact 4 voices.

Thanks. I wish too I would still play that good. Unfortunately I got Focal Dystonia on some lip movement since 2007 and still can not play.

@aztec11 It holds the tone together better at ff than one without the garland and also allows the sound to cut more, at the possible expense of blending.

@aztec11 that's a Finke (likely the model Brendan). Its the same model I play, and I can tell you that the garland really makes a huge difference.

What software did you use? How much did those mics cost? Nice low range.
