Actally The robe depends on the area. In building inflitrations they use black cause the sky cant penetrated inside. In open areas such as forests etc they use dack blue due the blue effect of the sky.

@fuckedupcupcake No they don't. It was proven that black is actually not so good to wear during night, dark blue is better. Black makes you stand out more because it's a harsh color.
