    this should be a damn good intro song for a 70's tv detective show -- with the video freeze shots and the bad guy who shows his gun or girl who takes the bad guy down -- freeze again... and than the best show of all times should start...

    Never thought of the similarity before but, yeah, I can imagine why you might have thought Tom Jones was the vocalist. The styles are definitely similar. By the way, this song appears on the CD "Dick Bartley Presents: On the Radio Vol. 5."
