Its one thing to be scared and not appear in court or appear and say you left before the shooting but its completely another to make the case stronger for defense which is what he did. Like Sabrina Lall said, Shayan put the final nail in the coffin by saying 2 men were present during the shooting. He made the case for the defense. Its pathetic you are supporting such a low life. Fear God!

@anand51591 sorry to bother you but dont wanted to disappoint you ...as i was reading the whole things about jassica murder case..and i saw this vdo and i found you wrote this comment..i realize i should reply.Shayan Munsshi is not guilty thats true...why ppl r blaming him...but..instead of JESSICA if SHAYAN's own sister would die at that moment..what SHAYAN would do? that time also i think he would not speak the truth..cos he might die..or someone would kill him before going to court..

@6sreya he's not a bastard. Our country doesn't have witness protection program. If he would have supported jessica, someone would have killed him before he could testify. Its very easy to be a braveheart in front of PC but in real life when you are sure that if you don't support them, they will shoot you as soon as you step out of your house, things are gonna be a lot more different and difficult.

I wonder why all of you are blaming Shayan Munshi. That guy wasn't a criminal, he was actually a victim. If he would have supported jessica then before going to court, he would have met some "accident".

lets be honest, i am only son of my parents, i don't want to die because of some girl who was shot dead. I am sad that she died but if i go and testify on her behalf, i will be shot dead BEFORE i reach court. And even if I succeed, those congressies will kill my entire family in less than a week

@wonderywat2do Judges weren't dumb. You dont have to know a language to act in that. Many bollywood actresses act in south indian movie even if they dont know those language. shatrughan sinha and amitabh acted in bengali movies even if they cant speak bengali. Most actresses in tamil movies are actually punjabi girls. For example, Kajal Agarwal is heroine in Arya 2 even if she dunno telugu. The list is endless.
