@flyby1950 , sorry to hear about this. They adviced you to get an attorney who's specific to cancer cases? Or they held your case for a long time to tell you if you have a case or not and then you ran out of statue of limitations?
I am in similar situation only I was misdiagnosed in ER and as a result of that spent nearly 2 months in ICU on full life support and suffered permanent serious damages to my body as a result of this.

@kittymilamia I tried 4 or 5 different attorneys, mailing my entire file to each one, but all of them replied that you have to get an attorney who is specific to this type of case. Then they referred me to the next one. then the statute of limitations ran out... I finally gave up and posted this. At least I can warn others.
