I agree with Dave, they should give it to charity. During the 2012-2013 NHL Lockout, everyone was mad, so, the NHL decided "Oh, the first GAME for the Leafs, and Pens, everything is 75% off!" We don't want merchandise, we just want to watch hockey..

It's been quite some time, but, as a jazz musician (alto sax), whenever I couldn't bring it on the plane with me, I always insured my sax (with the airline). And lo and behold, I never had a problem. I think they must have had a special sticker that said, "Don't fuck this one up! It's insured goddamit!". They probably don't do this anymore.

This is nothing new for United. They broke my guitar, too, on a San Francisco to LA flight in the late 60's. Unlike you, though, I never got any satisfaction.

I agree. It shouldn't have taken these videos to warrant a response from them.

Thankfully, I was compensated for the time United smashed one of my gun cases. (Don't worry...my Glock was OK.) Sadly, I let the voucher expire...but the folks at MCI tried.

Do you know her personally? Have you ever had any dealings with her? Would you even know who she is if Dave hadn't mentioned her in the song?

If not, then how do you come to the conclusion that you know more about her behaviour than Dave does?
