  • On my way to my Grandmother's funeral, United baggage handlers managed to break my wheelchair. I hope I have better success in getting this resolved then you did. It was not fixable as they severely bent the frame, how I don't know, so severely, that it will no longer open in to its right position. Yup frustration has already set in as I have had to spend over $1,000 to replace it, and haven't heard a word from them yet. Good luck to you and I love your song!

  • What a really great way to constructively make a point, and the first song is a really great song also. I enjoyed it! It is sad what has become of United, my grandfather was a United pilot from 1945 (they weren't called United then) until about 1990. In the 60's through the 90's they were one of the best, and like most have gone downhill.

  • @Savannahsens3 I believe he wanted to change the customer service approach. Maybe at first it started with compensation, but after fighting with them for so long, I think he recognized we have a huge problem with customer service.

  • @zev007 They teach that in America, but you'd never know it. I swear 95% of the population are completely ignorant on grammar - especially nowadays with our young people texting and whatever. Nobody seems to know how to spell either. But "its" vs. "it's" - I hardly ever see anybody get that right. It's not that difficult. (It's = it is). Peace out. :)
