  • You mentioned a butter sauce as an option. Is this the same butter/lemon combonation you used for pan-fried fish?

  • @glhswccc Sorry for the delayed reply! For meat, I don't use lemon in the butter sauce. I just melt a little butter with minced garlic and fresh herbs (whatever I have - thyme, rosemary, parsley). When the steak is cooked I brush or pour a little over the meat and serve the rest on the side. Enjoy!

  • I just bought $25 worth of NY steak strips and did not want to wreck them. This is the best video I've seen so far. Before I venture onto the pan, I'm going to get a meat thermometer......

  • @swsting48 Thanks for the great comment! A meat thermometer is a good tool for any cook. Hope the steaks were delicious!

  • Glad everyone is enjoying the video! Please check out other videos and tons of recipes at foodell.com - it's free! Thanks for watching!

  • @jaygwap Why don't you make a demo video and show us how to properly cook a steak in a pan? This steak was perfect in my opinion.

  • I need mines to cook a little longer.

  • This is helpful, Thank you!
