This is nothing more than a five minute commercial for this guy's website. There is no advice except to buy his ebooks and audio MP3s. There is no "battle plan" described unless you consider paying this guy for his opinions. No real information is presented here other than "buy my book and mp3s." It's a very well crafted commercial, but that's ALL it is - a commercial. Of course, I expect the uploader will censor this comment, so I'm simply gonna flag this video for Youtube moderators to decide.

its hard to get ur life back seriously..i gotta put restrictions on anythin dat reminds u of ur ex..for example u cant watch love movies, cant hang out with ur friends and theyr gf is there, cant go to the mall cuz u'll end up seeing guy and girl holdin hands its fukin tough man..it sucks really bad. i try to stay away from those things
