After the landlord dies and leaves Rose 227. She has a lot of repairs to make in order to keep the building. So the everyone gets together to have a sidewalk sale.

@VideoVixen24 ...True..RIP@ Helen Martin...Jackee' ended up on "Sister Sister", and "Everybody Hates Chris", but my favorite role was her as Sandra Clark. GMC network plays ALOT of 227 by the way too!
