This is the scene in Assassin's Creed Brotherhood where Ezio infiltrates the Castel Santangelo and sees his father and brothers' killer Rodrigo Borgia (the Pope) get murdered by his son Cesare Borgia. I uploaded this because the way Rodrigo dies makes me laugh :)

There are many modern depictions of the Borgia family but Ubisoft chose to make them even more despicable than they already were. In reality, Rodrigo and Cesare got ill after a meal. Rodrigo, being older, eventually succumbed. It is therefore very likely that they were poisoned but they didn't poison each other.
