Canadian artist and ALS sufferer Blair Polischuk's campaign to raise awareness for ALS by releasing a free e-book and a collection of his life's work - A retrospective of his fine art black and white photographs, a forward written by Polischuk and opening quotes contributed by Bryan Adams, John Sexton, Bruce Barnbaum and Freeman Patterson.
Set to music composed and performed by his 12 year old son, "Archetypes" follows the release of the e-book during ALS month in June 2012, and the events that take place after. This book and video are dedicated to sufferers of ALS, those it effects and those seeking a cure to the rare and elusive disease.
