@drmario520 To be honest I have no clue what that ''e'' stands for, the thing is I don't read sheet music anymore, I have forgotten pretty much everything about it. It's probably just something that makes experts allowed to understand it quicker when doing ''sight-read''.
To put it on a difficulty level I would say 3/5, the slow tempo of the song makes it a medium song.
I wish you the best, do NOT give up...
