Ron Paul has 173 delegates in California only ! not 16..

Please send me in the direction to discover Ron Pauls 173 Delegates in California. Were do you guys get this information? California only has a GRAND TOTAL of 173 Republican Delegates. So saying that Ron Paul won 173 delegates in Cali, is saying he won the entire state of Cali, when in fact he only got 4% of the vote. Furthermore McCain won in almost all of California's 53 districts. So how does Paul collect 173 delegates, in Cali ALONE?
