  • George Younce is and always will be the ultimate bass singer. He was a singer first and foremost, who just happened to have a low voice.

  • Amazing. Nobody can go that low and stay that smooth. He was and always will be the best.

  • amazing bass!!!!!! ......

  • Old George had the ability to enunciate all his words clearly and didn't try to slur his way through....one of the best that ever was! Miss him!

  • George without a doubt is the best that there ever will be in Southern Gospel Bass singers. No one can hold a candle to him, not even JD Sumner.(Bless His Soul).

He never wavered in his voice when he sang as low as he could. He was always steady as he goes. I know George and Glenn are in Heaven, singing for the Lord

  • Love this song. George was a very talented man. We are fortunate he used his talent for the Lord!!

  • I think this was on the "Easy On The Ears, Heavy On The Heart" album, 1976. Thank you for posting this!
