if there is no cotton used, how would the extra sebum be absorbed?
-
I thought the toner was used to also remove any remaining residue from the cleanser..but I guess youre right. I will just apply it to my face the way the video shows
-
cleanse with product first and wash that off. the toner pulls out excess oil, and tightens the pores - it then dries/evaporates. it doesnt 'clean' your skin the same way a cleanser does but it prevents 'dirt' getting in and oil building up
-
but how do you remove the excess dirt and oil if you dont rub it off with something?
-
yeahhhhhhh me too i used to think that, and i sort of had a theory too, until after constant repeating by the estheticians to use the cotton ball, i gave in, but now i wont anymore!!!! (less wasting of cotton balls too hahahaha)

i suppose it does but if you wahs your face thoroughly it should be gone. dont use your fingers though - that's not good cuz of the oils in our fingertips. i have facial hair and but a cotton pad - no bits stick to my beardy bits.
