@Marshboyz1 Not sure if this is some kind of special Swedish way of field dressing the moose. He is making sure that the stomachs and intestines will fall free easy by loosening the throat etc from this direction. Then the intestines etc will just fall out. And we can carry the moose home. If we do not do it this way it will be more work from the other direction. Basically this way insures minimum amount of meat fouling.
