I have recovered my system by updating to 3.3 using Animal Crossing. Thank you to everyone who tried to help. I recommend the Savemii to anyone who bricked their system. I am leaving this video up even though it only shows a failed recovery because some of the comments might help someone in a similar situation.

  • ANDELE! para que le da esas cosas a su wii

  • @MrHossCartwright NAND is the Wii's Flash Memory, and im sorry about how much money you lost, from the bricked wii and the virtual console games.

  • @MrHossCartwright NAND is the Wii's internal flash memory. It's stupid how they created this instead of having a regular memory card like the GameCube did, oh well.

  • @MadboyMW3

    What's NAND?

I finally gave up on my Wii and bought a new one. All of my Virtual Console games are gone forever. This is why it's a waste of money for ANYONE to download Virtual Console or WiiWare games. The same thing can happen to anyone.

  • @MrHossCartwright When you lost all your games saves, you NAND must have been corrupt, causing this.

  • @MrHossCartwright What you have unfortunantely, is a Fully Bricked Wii, or FBW for short, you can try and find a fix online.

  • But when my Wii doesn't show any picture on screen, it just stays black. Every internet based channel (including my Virtual Console games) got corrupted. Does the Internet Channel cause this? Is it a virus from surfing the web? I formatted my Wii's System memory, and it STILL didn't fix the problem. All I did was lose all of my saved games.

  • OMG! My Wii is doing this same stupid thing. It won't even go to WiiConnect24. I can't hook it back up to the internet. Whenever I select ANY of the internet based channels, it freezes. Then I have to hold the power button for about 5 seconds to get it to shut off. Nintendo seems clueless about this sort of problem when I e-mailed them (then again, Nintendo's consumer service representatives ALWAYS act clueless).

  • i think your wii its semi brick well mine is fully brick and i think yours should be more easier to repair you know mine does not even show a thing on the screen its just in black screen , well everybody called it the black screen of death!!!

  • ur wii not in a good spot migt fall if not carefull
