MrBandMan, clearly you do not understand what Open Carry is. It is all that most people in California ate left with. Nearly zero CCW's are issued to the "average Joe". And yes, I CAN place 2 rounds on target under pressure, in the dark, from an unloaded start. @tyu30 - "Wifey" has plenty of hardware at her disposal too. She just didn't feel the need to pack that day (with the other 20 or so of us carrying I guess she felt pretty safe). :-)
