Week 15 of the Insight Bowl Minute featuring the official team announcement for the 2011 Insight Bowl. This week, Kolby is on-site at the Ziegler Fiesta Bowl Museum in Scottsdale, Arizona for the Insight Bowl team announcement. During his stay, he interviews Fiesta Bowl and Insight Bowl officials, Anthony Aguilar, director of community and corporate relations, and Alan Young, Chief of Staff. During this week's Minute, the discussion includes the Iowa Hawkeyes and the Oklahoma Sooners as well as a cameo appearance by the Fiesta Bowl Royalty.
