No sir. That tea kettle sound you hear after you let off is the sound of blown head gaskets. In other words, youre engine is blown and you need to replace the head gaskets. And seeing the way you drive it, you will need to replace the heads. While you are in there, replace the EGR cooler, and the oil cooler, and the degas bottle cap.

Do you see any coolant residue (white spots) on the degas bottle around the cap? What does the dealer say? Have they run a pressure test on it? Maybe time to find a new dealer.

my truck dose the same whistle and I take it to the ford dealer and it has never leeked enathing please tell me haw can I find this problem

Obviously you have no knowledge of the 6.0L PSD. Yes, the exhaust sounds good, however, the whistle sound at the end of the video sounds like what is commonly called the "tea kettle of death". It's when overboosting causes the degas bottle to release the pressure (the whistle noise). I'd be surprised if it wasn't puking coolant. My 6.0L did the exact same thing and my heads were leaking. So before you run your mouth again about something in which possess zero knowledge, do a little research.
