I'm confused by the behaviour of the Earth's Governments at the end. The Decepticons were leaving, which is surely what the humans wanted, but the Autobots effectively made them stay. And they didn't stop the 'cons from stealing the Earth's resources; they were probably destroyed when Nemesis II crashed, so they weren't returned to their real owners. So why did the squishies decide to reward the Autobots? Did the 'Bots really do the Earth any favours?

No No don't you guys remember in part 2 he Optimus says to Ironhide "No Ironhide,there too fast in air when there'll flying" and a rocket is much faster than that so it's not the altitude that caused Optimus to need a jet pack its the speed or lack there of.

Transformers really brings back loads of childhood memories. Didn't know that there's the pilot series and different seasons. Only thing I can remember is that Sam was in wheelchair when I first caught it on my local TV station. Can't wait for the movie sequel, Transformers: Dark of The Moon, to be out next year. =)

@weavehole My thoughts on why Optimus need Sideswipe's rocket pack: even though Optimus can fly but maybe he can't fly his way to space that's y he need Sideswipe's rocket pack...?
