Young, old, rich, or poor, its time to realize that we are dependent on each other. We must affirm our rights and act upon what is owed to us. Tax dollars have been misappropriated which ave interrupted the 'core services' (housing etc), attributing to homelessness. Every community should take the initiative to combat this situation. Yes we are in a crisis that rips away the fabric of our morals and values. It is a right not a privilege to have safe and affordable housing. Prevention is the key which allows people to have the necessary tools for survival.
