I did cycling, cardio, swimming and brisk walking. And yoga too and yoga is the exercise that I think I can keep for life. I used to be very thin one moment and then suddenly chubby then thin again. Sometimes I work out 3 times a week at the gym but when my schedule is tight I stop exercise completely. But when I discover yoga my weight is more in control now. It is not too intensive and you need not eat a heavy meal after a yoga practice. Just the right exercise

@drewchaos Good for you! Stress can bring on many health problems, besides driving us to eat more. Eating healthy and exercise can make you feel better.
