Display Names- Private Messaging

Vid for theredarmy since he refuses to believe anything I say.

Notes: Only real bug is when resetting your display name, other people's friend list does not update with your new name, which will probably be fixed soon even though all they have to do is re-add your actual name and it will automatically add the new display name..

Forgot to add but, this also works fine with adding to ignore list.
