The reason why they have brought in a new guy is because close to the end of dead rising when frank and isabella r looking at carlitos laptop and see that he has infected kids with the virus well chuck greenes daughter is infected and he has to save her plus the producer of the game has not confirmed or denied that frank is dead so anything is possible
