It's day 11 and I am trying the "Superwomen" workout! Woo!
1. Treadmill for 10 minutes or until 1.5 miles. Speed: level 6 and up.
2. Bicep curls 3x: 21 reps,rest, 15,rest, 12. Tricep extensions 3x 21, 15, 12 Side raises 3x: same ^
3. ABS: 15 crunches, 15 sit-ups, 20 twisties per side. Lather rise and repeat! 3 times!
