"Grace" -- thanks for the visual explanation I can share with others about this concept so foreign to many. Super.

5 stars if not 10 stars. This is a video representation of JOHN 3:16 indeed...very well done. This video is a "MUST TO KEEP" in your ipod an/or computer.

I'll be honest and admit I didn't watch that clip because the moment I saw it was Pentacostal, it loses all validity since the pentacostal movement is about as contrary to God as the Catholic or Muslim institutions.
It amazingly all comes down to one single error - to complex to summarize in this box.
When you realise that God became man and sacrificed Himself on your behalf before you even had consciousness, you don't serve Him our of fear, but out of love.

For one I don't even believe in your imaginary friend, and as far as Christians not being a slave to Jesus i'd like to direct your attention to this video:
watch?v=LACyLTsH4ac
and to all the people that 'live their life' for Jesus.

lol so you think your standards of morality, justice, righteousness and holiness are equal to that of God?
Heres an analogy - The righteousness and holiness of God is like a snow-white clothe. The most righteous, most holy of men - even some of the greatest prophets and such of the Bible are like filthy dirty rags in comparison.
No-one is a slave to Christ; where did you get such a perception?
-
I would question anyone or anything that relates itself with god, and
I was using that joke to say how ignorant you must be to think your god would deny a pure and moral citizen, if they didn't become a slave to his 'son'.
Don't you think that maybe your god is a bit above the petty hive-mind you Christians have created, that maybe blindly following a document written by man isn't the best thing to do, but instead, living a moral life.

Fantastic video.
If it werent so true, it would be funny.
The last guy with the massive file also implies a license to sin, which is wrong.
I understand that they were trying to emphasize that no matter how much sin there is against you, Christ saves but yea, you get my point.

To you and me, going to hell for the 'evilness' of stealing a cookie seems like a totally unjust punishment but the question is not
"how is THAT fair?"
but rather
"Would a utterly perfect & righteous God tolerate theft on ANY level?"
The answer is no.
Imagine if a man one earth claimed to be God in the flesh, was performing unquestionable miracles (eg limbs sprouting from stumps) and then stole a 90c pack of gum from the gas station.
Would you not question his God title?
This is a joke right?

Nope! This is the Year 2009, which is measured from the time and life of Jesus Christ. If we measure time by his life don't you think that it would be wise to investigate why Jesus's impact was so huge in this world that we measure time by his existence? He is alive and will be coming back soon, will you be ready?

Sorry I'm one of those evil atheists, you know the kind that the most evil thing they have ever done was steal a cookie.

No apology necessary, Give Jesus a try you will not be dissapointed. Just say this prayer out loud, "Jesus, I don't know who you are but IF you are real reveal yourself to me, I dare you!"
