This is addressing the misuse of the term "religion", as if the word is in contrast to Christianity or Jesus Christ. Inspired in part by "Why I Hate Religion, but Love Jesus", by Jefferson Bethke.

EDIT: FYI, I've been meaning to make this kind of video for some time, but Bethke's poem triggered my actually doing so. Check out http://tinyurl.com/8xrt5la for Kevin DeYoung and Jefferson Bethke's interaction related to the video. I am impressed with both of them.
Yeah, the fellow who made that video which this one responds to, as well as all those who immediately praise it and nod their heads, primarily exist in that 1% of life that is presented in pop culture, clearly. It's so easy to direct ones anger about the visible hypocrisy within the Church at the idea of "being a Church", and even easier to seek approval from those who are angry at the Church by making a video like that which does the bashing they'd like to do -- the filmmaker couldn't resist.

I agree, people need to define their terms. He should have defined religion.
