Here is a tour for almost the entire ship of the Sea Princess that is accessible to the passengers. *Just a warning, I kind of felt kind of sick after watching all four videos at once. They remind me of the way the movie Cloverfield was filmed - shaky and lots of motion. Enjoy it if you can.
