Marianne was never a scared little girl. Of their first meeting Jagger said she was the most intelligent and most self-assured girl he had ever met. She had no fear at that time.

Marianne went through a tough patch, and although her voice does reflect that, her fans (myself included) still see the lovely teenager that made this song great. She is still in there. Lovely, beautiful Marianne.

This is very disturbing to me. It's scary to think that some of you actually think that her voice is acceptable. Most of the jokers that I hear at karaoke sound better than this performance. It sounds like she smoked about 2 packs a day and drank about a half of a fifth per day without a chaser. RASPY RASPY RASPY
