  • The water bottle showed that at 62rpm's this 5' diameter, 80"high turbine weighing 300lbs in a 12-14mph wind did not have any vibration that would damage the building (house, barn, office, apartment) it would be mounted on. The turbine is completely silent. The sound on the video is the wind off the LI Sound. Very well designed and assembled. The bottle tells the story.

  • The wind speed is very high but that thing is not going fast

  • The wond speed is 12-14 mph, the turbine is doing 62rpms and is other tests has proven to be 5x more powerful in torque than a horizontal (propeller) turbine

  • Oh sorry! must be efficent then sorry!

  • Yes very efficient. Thanks

  • where is the gen set and the power read out..'looks like a wind toy to me.

  • @Lifeisincredible911 Thanks (:

  • @DeanC993 LOL Dean you crack me up. You made an honest statement then apologized four times. I was thinking the same damn thing and I am not sorry.

Wonderful invention. Great design. For high wind it did seem the RPM is lower than traditional units. It's true. You are not a violator of this mans emotions for making a scientific observation. You were right. Dont apologize for speaking your mind per honest observation friend. Take care

  • Thank you for zooming in on your bottle of water. I understand now. LOL just kidding. Cool project

  • that's pretty slick! you got a gen/alt hooked to it yet?

  • interesting! thanks for posting!

  • again, sorry! good luck

  • thanks for your important questions. We are just now testing the completed unit. i.e. in the video we did not have the generator. It had to be R&D'd to turn at a very slow (optimal) 80RPM to generate 2k 110V, 3phase current. NOw testing, hang on!
