Well usually when I cant sleep, I start exercising or something, till I'm about to pass out. Haha, dunno if thats healthy.

Thanks for your comment. I'm not an expert on the subject but I've read that gentle exercise is okay before bed, but you should wait an hour after exercising before going to bed because it can start insomnia and/or aggravate it. They say the best way to relax before going to bed after exercising is to drink herbal tea...

As far as what I do in life...I am a single mom raising a two year old boy. I am also an assistant manager at a fast food restaurant. Not so exciting but then again sometimes it is. Not so sure what I want to do in the near future though. I plan on going to college as soon as my son starts school.
