Anyone knows a workout for a dual action stationary bike? (you know, those that have handlebars that move back and forth in sync with your pedaling, so you also use your arms). I can't find any :/

@POWERJFROMLA Yes you can start slowly. 10 minutes a day and then work your self up 10 minutes more everyday. Then get a treadmill and start walking 20 minutes a day on it and then as you build up strength start jogging on it for 30 minutes a day. But remember you MUST eat healthy and drink plenty of water. Veggies, fruits, chicken and fish. Just believe in your self.
