They are not Hispanics most of them are Indians..they are not white Spaniards! A society needs a unifying language and lets face facts the Anglo-Saxons created this country and there language just so happened to be English if it would have been Spaniards it would be Spanish or Dutch it was the Dutch..The Roman empire had a language and it was Latin even though you could speak other languages just like in the U.S but if you wanted to get somewhere you needed to learn Latin..and English here
