Day 6

This is the second of Matt's video entries in his quest to become Flash Gordon and outpace Usain Bolt all in the name of charity. What a guy.

  • what you guys are doing is inspiring. you make me wanna hop on a bike and get exercise!

    good luck!

  • Go for it, dude. Bikes are fun.

  • I'm not sure if you know this or not, but the whole issue with muscles cramping and overall just hurting like fuck thing, the solution to making them hurt less is actually working out some more, seriously it's the fastest way of getting rid of that lactic acid in them and in the end you have to always do stretching otherwise this whole process is going to take a whole lot longer with you needing to take breathers in-between days.

  • That actually makes a lot of sense. I was just unsure if it was a matter of me pulling a muscle or just general soreness. As a result, I didn't want to push myself in fear of injuring my legs before the big run.

But you're probably right. Thanks, dude. You've been a big help so far.

  • Best of luck to you guys! :D

  • Thanks, dude. We honestly appreciate it. It's always good to know we got people behind us.

Feel free to spread the cause around. I hear it's a fun thing to do.

  • Keep at it Matt. The only way (that I know of anyway), is to just keep practicing. As Karmagasm said, you need to keep working even if your muscles are tired and cramping. Since your muscles just need to adjust to doing so much work.

You can do it. Good luck.

  • No problem. :)
