You're quite ignorant, you ought not talk about things you don't know about and educate yourself. She's a professional athlete, maybe around 20% body fat. That's fairly lean for a woman. The equivalent of a man being at 15% - which many male athletes are at. Everyone's legs "jiggle" like that when they're shaking them, even professional bodybuilders on drugs lean shredded out of their minds. Muscle jiggles. She's plenty firm, not at all flabby. She's not shy, she exudes confidence.
