This guy is good, he even uses the japanese word for the position. Erik got a black belt in almost the main martial arts.

in naga its an illegal move in no-gi but in gi i do it all the time by grabbing the sleeve

@dallasgambit It's a great distraction to attack and arm. You can't just go for a single move in Jiu Jitsu. It's about the progression of moves.

Probably one of the best instructors on the planet. He only uses student/coaches he knows well.
