@ShredIsNotDead1986 I'm pretty sure that hole is a side-to-side neck adjustment. Some of the regular strat necks have that adjustment on the back. Some companies offea 5 bolt design so the neck wont slip in the neck pocket. Check out Warmoth for more details on the feature. hope this helps.

Warmoth guitars have the truss rod adjustment there too. It's really killer.
