@TacoAnimeGirl Depends on the person. Some people like it when Rufus is in charge... when he thinks of Reno as a pet, and he is the master. Some people like it when Rufus is tired of leading, and just wants to be leaded... that would be when Reno is the seme. It all depends on the person's veiw of the characters' personailties.
