The Godfather (PS2) 05 - Tattaglia Compound again (Snub nose?)

Taking on Tattaglia compound again with only a lv 1 sunb nose. I wasn't satisfied with the last attempt. So I decide to try again. My snub nose ammo run out and I have to resort to other ways of killing the Tattaglias. =(

Yes, but they shoot you, and your lifebar barely dicreases... Normal game, you'll die enven before entering the first house....

@manuterra The enemies are only deadly if they are in close to mid range where their shots are much more accurate.

My strategy was to keep a distance and make full use of the Snub Nose's range. At far range, the enemies can't hurt you badly. Even if you're hit by stray bullets, it's only scratch damage and because of the health recover bonus, it looks like I wasn't hurt at all.

Another factor is that the Tattaglias are pretty weak with their weapons. Hope that clear your doubts.

I love this game. It's alot of fun to own others, but this needs more missions. Nice vid btw.

The game looks fun, but do you have use auto aim or can it be turned off so I can play like max payne?

@jm1984ful You can't turn off auto aim but you can go into free aim mode where the camera will zoom towards your character's back (Same camera angle in Resident Evil 4 & 5). In free aim mode, you'll move like 1st person shooter. As long as you don't press and hold the lock-on button, the game will remain free aim.

When would you think is the earliest to take out the Tattaglia Compound? This guy has a full shooting skill. I would do it at least after you extort everything besides hubs and warehouses. Of course you can get some of the films and beat some of the side quests. That'll help.

@CJ800 That's stupid. I've noticed that some of the later ps2 games used auto aim. I just don't understand why they thought it was a good idea. If you want auto aim as an option ok, but don't make it to where I can't turn it off. The ps2 has two joysticks and there was no excuse for this!
