I'm sure the Soviet Leadership REALLY CARES for the People, HAHAHA!! Read a little history and you'll see how much the USSR cared about it's "People", especially the MILLIONS sent to the Gulag or Deliberately STARVED to Death.

@MrBeardedragon It's to spread ideals, during cold war, the USA and the USSR attempt to spread their ideas of democracy to the rest of the world. USA tries to globalize the world with capitalism and USSR tries to globalize the world with socialism.

One thing I like RA3 though, it's not as biased as RA2. RA1 and RA2 described the west as heroes of the world and Soviets as savages. In RA3, the designers seem to come into sense that there is no good or evil, just the differences in beliefs. It would be better if the game has less boobs, it just doesn't give me the feeling of war, I feel like I am watching porn.
