The man following Molly is FBI agent Del Brackett, who asks her to resume seeing Dusty to help in the agency's investigation. He tells Molly that Dusty is a serious criminal. Molly refuses to cooperate with Brackett. Upset, Molly calls Mike. Meanwhile, Paul demands Dusty and Barbara tell him the truth. Dusty claims that he was short on cash so he borrowed from Barbara that was all there was to it. Paul doesn't buy it and declares that he will advise Rose to get out of business with Dusty. Dusty leaves to see Rose. Jack informs Barbara he isn't going to prosecute the people that kidnapped her. Susan gives a key to her place to Rick. Emily, Susan, Hal, and Tom go to get Alison, who asks if everything at home is the way she left it. Susan says nothing about Rick but anticipates trouble. When Alison sees Rick she is antagonistic. Kim alerts Chris about Bobs failing memory and Chris promises to get Bob to seek help. Jessica accepts Ben's proposal. She expresses her regret to Ben that she ever got involved with Marshall but Ben wont hear it. Marshall arrives with flowers but doesn't go in when he sees Ben. When Ben leaves, Marshall visits Jessica, who says that she will never forgive him and they will never be friends. Jessica informs Marshall that she and Ben are getting married. Katie finds Bobs patient Mr. Crumly dead. John suspects a mistake made by Bob may be the cause. Chris comforts Katie. John questions Bob, who realizes that he made a mistake with Mr. Crumley's meds. He vows to resign if it is found that he was responsible for his patients death.
