  • "cellmedicine" Thank you!! I feel Hopeful re: MS treatments finally!

Truly I will not presume to have the cognitive utilization of all the info you present here, but I sure DO appreciate your efforts...Please dismiss Negative Comments...I am certain the Majority are most appreciative ultimately! I certainly am.

  • Dear Kkkkkkkatherine, thank you for much for your kind commments!! This really means a lot !

    all the best

  • I have heard about the great progress by the Canadian company you mentioned, however this is only in a some patients. Not everyone responds. It is irresponsible to talk about a cure when we are so far away.

    Shame on you

  • Did I mention a cure ANYWHERE in this video???

  • is he part of the mafia?

  • It would be interesting to use this immunoscope to see if mesenchymal stem cell therapy actually modifies the clonotypes during the progress of autoimmunity. The paper is saying that its not just about proliferative responses but about the specific clones that are responding, so we need to study clones not overall responsiveness. This kind of throws science into a completely different direction. It is similar to how the tumor stem cell theory threw away decades of research.

  • Epitope spreading is also something that needs to be understood. The root cause is propably multifactorial, however some of the innate immune activators such as bacteria/viral infections may not only serve as molecular mimicry but also stimulate epitope spreading so that cells which normally would react to foreign pathogens would start responding to self antigens such as myelin basic protein.

    Great video

  • And how my dear do you propose we do this? Here I am wasting my time putting up videos so that we may share ideas and learn and you guys make fun of it? why dont you responde with a video about root causes? Here i can tell you right now one...chlamidya pneumonia ...some have implicated this in MS...do a video on that

  • I completely agree. What is the point of talking about peculiar differences between this T-cell and that T-cell? It is BS to look at these diverse effects without looking at the root causes.

  • stem cells in the dendate gyrus, this is affected by ms?
