By the way.. Was it in response of the 2007 Pan Am Games? Well, Rio 2007 had amazing ceremonies!

Michael Kamen also composed the music for Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves. That happens to be one of my favorite themes.

thanks very much, i've been waiting 5 years to watch again this ceremonies. The song performed by Michael Kamen (which passed away a year later) is The Fire Within. He composed the soundtracks of famous movie franchises like Die Hard and Lethal Weapon (also for the HBO series Band of Brothers)
