This guy's been spamming the same message on many videos. Thus far I've seen him claiming to be bettert than PJ Harvey, and Tom Waits, in addition to now Cat Power.
He certainly doesn't lack in confidence. Severely lacking in social intelligence though, if he thinks he'll gain fans with such self-praise.
