Whether Pete Best was a great drummer, bad drummer, or in the middle, I still think he got a raw deal.

Too bad this recording makes John's voice sound too high pitched. It should be speed/pitch corrected.

@kainthevampireduck You should listen when he plays in Lee Curtis & The All Stars and Pete Best Four. He was a decent drummer, just different style than Ringo had.

@nastar1 yep, I've had arguments with people that say "it was the same" or even "pete was better", and I'm like "WTF?, ARE YOU SERIOUS?, HAVE YOU EVER LISTENED TO PETE BEST?, HE'S NOT A DRUMMER, HE SUCKS!!!". the recordings that exist with pete best on drums prove how bad he was, how good Ringo is and that he was the right drummer for them.

PETE BEST WAS AND IS A DECENT DRUMMER THE BOYS JUST DIDNT LIKE HIS PARTICULAR STYLE AND THEFRE WAS A LOT OF CONFLICT WITH JEALOUSY DUE TO HIS ATTRACTION WITH THE FEMALE FANS OF HIM DRAWING AWAY THE ATTENTION FROM THE GROUP TRUE HE WASNT THE BEST DRUMMER BUT ALSO NOT THE WORST,GIVE THE MATE SOME CREDIT FOR GODS SAKES!!! HE IS STILL FAMOUS ARE YOU FAMOUS??WELL??...........
