Attempted hit and run

I was cruising up to Hyalite with a couple of friends and out of no where this crotch rocket tries to pass me and the 2 cars behind me, going at least 80 mph and the d-bag realized that they were coming in too hot and clipped my front bumper.

Then they try to take off and out run me. After realizing that I was keeping up they finally gave up.

Filmed on a GoPro Hero2 with a custom tow hook mount off the front bumper.

The video is proof that it is a good idea to have cameras in your car or on your motorcycle. If some jackass damages your vehicle in any way, you will have video proving who did it and who was at fault. Also, it has shown a hit and run.

No, its a 600 with an inexperienced rider, if the car driver wanted to he could have been on his rear tyre. As a bike rider myself, if I had been in the car, I would have been on this guys rear tyre. The only thing a 600 will beat a fast car on is 0-60, mid range power (all important in this scenario) will be at least matched by the scoob and the scoob will beat it on top end speed. I don't believe the car driver was trying very hard.
