Nice review. Pharaoh is one of my all-time favorites for AD&D 1e as well. The one you found is only I3 however. I4 Oasis of the White Palm and I5 The Lost Tomb of Martek follow it. I think TSR came out with a triple-combo manual at some point. I never managed to get my hands on I5, but I've run players through I3 a few times. Ah the memories!
