@OCValkyrie - I use Sony Vegas Pro 9.0/10.0. You can get a free trial version (with all features) at the official website. They have alot of presets... ( I've found "Sony AVC ; Internet ;16:9 HD 30p" works perfect for youtube) Doesn't make a huge file nad the quality is nice.
